The table shows that Agaricus blazei Murill produced high results for both a complete recovery and for its anti-cancer effect. The experiment used guinea pigs of between five and six weeks old (equivalent to 15 and 16 human years.). (Osaki)
Note: the much lower dosage ( 10 mmg vs. 30 mmg ) required by the Agaricus compared to
the other species, most likely due to the much higher beta glucan content in Agaricus (Osaki)
